How old should kid be to take on a lover?

Teens should be about 15-17 to take on a lover because other they might be in a position, so that they may be able to raise a child around a good enviroment. Peer pressure ma fase some, kids into thinking it;s cool, but kids should be able to choose their own battle, and decide for themselves, my age perspective is 15-16
